About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Dental RCM with strong and recent experience in the US Dental Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing a team, working directly with US patients, and handling patient statements and collections.

This position requires a proven Team Lead background within Dental RCM. Candidates with only SME experience or informal/team-handling experience without an official Team Lead designation on paper will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team handling US Dental RCM processes.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, quality, and daily operational targets.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of RCM-related issues.
- Manage and review patient statements, patient balances, and patient collections.
- Make and handle calls with US dental patients regarding outstanding balances, payments, statements, and account-related queries.
- Work closely with the team on insurance follow-ups, claims, denials, AR, and other dental RCM activities.
- Track team KPIs and prepare performance/operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to client processes, quality standards, and productivity expectations.




- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to improve team performance and collections.

Mandatory Requirements

- 8–10 years of total experience, with strong experience specifically in Dental RCM.
- Must have current/recent experience in US Dental RCM.
- Minimum 2 years of official Team Lead experience, clearly mentioned on the candidate's resume/work history.
- Candidates with SME experience only will NOT be considered.
- Candidates who have handled a team but do not have official Team Lead experience documented on paper will NOT be considered.
- Must have experience speaking directly with US patients.
- Must have hands-on experience with patient statements and patient collections.
- Strong understanding of US dental RCM processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Robust team management, problem-solving, and escalation-handling skills.
- Must be available to join immediately or within 15–20 days.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
