We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Reception Manager to oversee the reception/front-desk operations. The role involves managing the reception team, ensuring excellent customer service, handling guest or visitor queries, and maintaining smooth day-to-day front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise reception/front-desk staff and daily operations.
- Greet and assist guests, clients, visitors, and employees professionally.
- Handle phone calls, emails, appointments, and general inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, visitor schedules, and front-office activities.
- Train, guide, and evaluate reception staff.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and reception documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service.
- Monitor office/reception supplies and arrange replenishment when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.




- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to reception activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in reception, front office, hospitality, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Professional appearance and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
