Salary:

- Experienced Candidate: ₹17,000 + Incentives
- Fresher: ₹15,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare rotis, naan, paratha and other Indian breads as per company standards.
- Prepare and portion dough and ingredients as required.
- Ensure proper cooking, texture, taste, and presentation of breads.
- Assist in the preparation of other kitchen items when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
- Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Properly handle and store ingredients.
- Assist the kitchen team during peak hours.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in clean and proper condition.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager/Chef.

Requirements:





- Previous experience as a Roti Maker/Indian Bread Commis is preferred.
- Fresher candidates may apply for the Helper position and will be trained.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Valuable teamwork, discipline, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- F&B;: 2 years (Required)
