We're Hiring | Senior Sales Manager

At VZEN Industries Private Limited, we're looking for a energetic Senior Sales Manager who can combine strategic leadership with technology-driven sales execution. If you're passionate about building high-performing teams, implementing CRM systems, and driving large-scale industrial sales operations, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and management of Zoho CRM for 1,000+ customer accounts.
- Track customer-wise monthly consumption, product specifications, service requirements, and special requests.
- Lead, plan, and monitor a team of 50 Area Sales Managers across West Bengal.
- Drive sales performance through data-driven decision-making, forecasting, and customer relationship management.
- Build scalable sales processes while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred, or a Graduate with relevant leadership experience.
- 7–12+ years of experience in B2B/Industrial Sales, preferably in petroleum, lubricants, chemicals, or manufacturing industries.




- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong Team Leadership, sales planning, customer relationship management, and performance management skills.

Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata, West Bengal

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
