Inside Sales Executive – Designer Brand

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join a premium designer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide product details, pricing and order information
- Coordinate with the design, production and delivery teams
- Maintain customer and sales records
- Achieve assigned sales targets

Requirements:

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales/customer handling experience preferred
- Interest in fashion, luxury or designer products is an advantage
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Presentable, proactive and target-oriented
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
