Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Automation Customer Support Executive to join our team in Pune. The candidate will be the technical backbone of our post-sales support for the M2I (MXOn) HMI range, Hanyoung Nux controllers/sensors, and LS Electric switchgear (MCCBs, MCBs, VCBs, and ACBs) — handling PLC programming, HMI screen development, and on-site troubleshooting, while also supporting the sales team with technical credibility during customer meetings. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience and a genuine interest in solving problems on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

● Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, and switchgear-related issues for customers, in office and remotely.

● PLC Programming: Write, modify, and commission ladder logic to match customer process requirements.

● HMI Screen Development: Design, configure, and test HMI screens on the M2I range, including tag mapping, alarms, and data logging.

● Product Knowledge: Maintain working knowledge of Hanyoung Nux controllers/sensors and LS Electric switchgear (MCCB, MCB, VCB, ACB) to support customer queries.

● Sales Support: Accompany EAMs on customer visits to provide technical demonstrations and answer product queries during evaluation and quotation stages.

● Documentation: Maintain service reports, program backups, and troubleshooting notes for each customer.

● Customer Relationship:



Act as a trusted technical point of contact for customer engineering and maintenance teams.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and back-office teams to flag service and upsell opportunities.

Key Requirements:

● Experience: 1-3 years of experience in PLC programming, HMI development, or industrial automation support. Freshers with strong technical aptitude will also be considered.

● Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.

● Technical Knowledge: Hands-on exposure to PLC ladder logic and HMI screen configuration; familiarity with LV switchgear (MCCB/MCB/VCB/ACB) is a strong plus.

● Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical customers.

● Mobility: Willingness to travel to customer sites across Pune and surrounding regions; must have a two-wheeler with a valid license.

● Personality: Patient, methodical, and customer-centric, with a genuine interest in field problem-solving.

● Compensation: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and technical proficiency.

● Fuel/travel compensation at ₹2.75 per km for site visits.
