Position: HMC Operator

Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹42,000
Duty Hours: Fixed 12-Hour Shift
Reporting To: Production Supervisor

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Machine Operation:

Independently operate HMC machines with Siemens controller as per production plan.

- Programming and Setup:

Perform basic program adjustments, job setups, and tool offsets as per job requirements.

- Engineering Drawings:

Read and interpret engineering drawings and job specifications including tolerances.

- Quality Inspection:

Use QC instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc., to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards.

- Daily Shift Reporting:

Submit daily shift production and inspection report to the Production Supervisor.

- Maintenance and Housekeeping:

Carry out basic preventive maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness and operational readiness.

- Process Adherence:

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies during production.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

Experience:

- HMC/VMC OPRETOR: 3 years (Preferred)
