Tradebulls Securities is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager - Equity Sales to drive new client acquisition, equity business and revenue growth in the Stock Broking business.

This is a client acquisition and business development role for professionals with experience in Stock Broking, Equity Sales, Capital Markets or Financial Services.

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating Trading & Demat accounts, developing client relationships and driving equity business through open-market and field sales.

Mandatory Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Stock Broking / Equity Sales / Capital Markets / Financial Services sales
- Hands-on experience in new client acquisition
- Experience in Trading & Demat account acquisition
- Experience in open-market / field sales
- Understanding of Equity Markets and investment products
- Proven experience working against sales and revenue targets

Candidates with only general sales experience without Stock Broking / Equity Sales experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients through open-market, field sales, references and lead generation.
- Generate Trading & Demat accounts and convert prospects into active clients.
- Drive equity trading business and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to generate business.
- Understand client requirements, investment objectives and risk profile.
- Explain relevant equity, trading and investment products to clients.
- Generate business through referrals and existing client relationships.
- Identify opportunities among HNI and high-value clients.
- Drive client activation and increase business from existing clients.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition, revenue and business targets.




- Maintain regular sales activity, CRM updates and reporting.
- Build a strong local client network through consistent market activity.

Candidate Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Stock Broking / Equity Sales / Capital Markets / Financial Services sales.
- Strong understanding of Equity Markets, Trading and Demat Accounts.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and business development.
- Experience in open-market / field sales.
- Strong communication and client-conversion skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Good understanding of financial products and investment solutions.
- Graduate / Postgraduate preferred.
