About the Role

BCI (Business Connect India) is looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our team in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

The role involves communicating with business owners and entrepreneurs, generating leads, explaining BCI Membership and business opportunities, inviting prospects to meetings and networking events and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Explain BCI Membership, networking opportunities and business opportunities.
- Invite prospects to BCI meetings and networking events.
- Follow up with prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the team for timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Basic English communication is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Telecalling, sales, business development or customer handling experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Confident communication and valuable follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Work Mode: In-Person
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-Based
Training: Provided
Paid Sick Leave: 1 day per month
