Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate NICU & PICU Nurses to join a reputed Child Hospital in Patna. The candidate will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to newborns, infants, and critically ill pediatric patients while maintaining high standards of patient safety and care.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to neonatal and pediatric patients in NICU/PICU.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and overall patient condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during procedures and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing notes, and reports.
- Operate and monitor basic NICU/PICU equipment as required.
- Follow infection-control, hygiene, and patient-safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, parents, and the healthcare team.




- Respond promptly to changes in a patient's condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and child-friendly care environment.

Qualification

- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) or B.Sc. Nursing – Mandatory.
- Candidates with relevant NICU/PICU experience will be preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.

Required Skills

- Positive clinical and nursing knowledge.
- Basic understanding of neonatal and pediatric care.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Salary

- Fresher: ₹12,000/month
- Experienced: Up to ₹25,000/month, depending on experience and last drawn salary.
