URGENT HIRING – WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Position: Warehouse Manager
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 5–10 Years
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inward, storage, inventory and dispatch.
- Plan and manage manpower deployment, team allocation and productivity.
- Ensure effective inventory control, stock accuracy and reconciliation.
- Supervise loading, unloading, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS, operational reports and inventory records.
- Coordinate with clients, transporters and internal teams for smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, 5S and housekeeping.




- Monitor operational performance and ensure achievement of productivity and service-level targets.
- Identify and control stock discrepancies, damages and operational losses.

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Warehouse & Inventory Management.
- Solid team handling and manpower management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, WMS/ERP and warehouse processes.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in 3PL / Logistics operations will be preferred.
