About the Role

We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Marine, Naval, Shipbuilding, or Offshore engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have worked in customer-facing engineering environments and possess practical experience in structural design, detailing, and engineering documentation for marine structures and vessels.

This job has mandatory service agreement of 36 months.

Candidates with exposure to Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop structural designs, models, and engineering drawings for marine and shipbuilding projects.
- Prepare fabrication drawings, production drawings, structural layouts, and engineering documentation.
- Interpret customer requirements, technical specifications, and project standards.
- Coordinate with Hull, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and Production Engineering teams.





Marine & Naval Domain Experience

Candidates should have exposure to one or more of the following areas:

- Ship Structures and Hull Structures
- Naval Vessels and Defence Platforms
- Commercial Vessels
- Offshore Structures and Platforms
- Bulkheads, Deck Structures, and Foundations
- Structural Steel Design and Detailing
- Marine Equipment Foundations and Supports
- Production Design and Fabrication Engineering
- Structural Modelling and Design Documentation

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Marine, Shipbuilding, Naval, Offshore, or Structural Engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience executing customer projects in engineering or design environments.
- Robust understanding of structural design principles and engineering documentation.
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and convert them into engineering deliverables.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Good communication and customer interaction skills.
- Exposure to Defence, Naval, Commercial Marine, or Offshore projects is preferred.

Software Skills

Experience with one or more of the following tools is preferred:

- Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform (Preferred)
- CATIA V5
- Siemens NX
- AutoCAD
- Marine Design & Engineering Software
- ANSYS (Preferred)
- STAAD Pro (Preferred)

Education

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Understanding of structural design deliverables, production engineering workflows, and marine engineering standards.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
