We are a growing healthcare company looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Sales Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound customer calls, provide information about our healthcare services, and assist customers in choosing the right solution for their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound calls professionally and resolve customer queries promptly
- Provide accurate information about healthcare products and services
- Guide customers in selecting the right healthcare plan or service
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Accurately update customer details and call data in the system
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales calling or customer service




- Fluent in Hindi with transparent and confident communication skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and CRM tools
- Target-oriented with a hardworking and positive attitude
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (graduation preferred)
