Assistant Accounts Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Accounts Manager to support day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime
- Handle GST filing, Income Tax filing, and statutory compliance
- Manage petty cash, expense records, and vendor payments
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
- Reconcile bank, vendor, customer, and ledger accounts
- Assist with monthly closing, financial reports, and audit requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of accounting records
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams whenever required





Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, Income Tax, BRS, and Petty Cash
- Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Good communication and coordination skills
