Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Reels Creator & Video Editor to makeup shoot and edit short-form content for our founders' travel vlogs, salon visits, interviews, and academy events.

If you have a strong eye for visual aesthetics, camera handling skills, and expertise in editing viral-worthy Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, we’d love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

- On-Ground Shooting: Record high-quality interviews, salon tours, student transformations, and travel vlogs using cameras/smartphones.
- Reels & Shorts Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram and YouTube daily.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage with agile captions, trending audio, sound effects, smooth transitions, and color correction.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio hooks, and viral editing styles in the beauty and lifestyle space.
- Coordination:



Work closely with the founders/hosts to plan shoot schedules and content calendars.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Gender: Candidate preferred (to align with our beauty, lifestyle, and women-centric content).
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in content creation, videography, or video editing.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in mobile and desktop editing software (CapCut, VN Editor, Adobe Premiere Pro, or FCP).
- Good understanding of framing, lighting, mobile videography, and audio enhancement tools.
- Key Attributes: Creative mindset, strong communication skills, and confidence behind and behind/around the camera setup.
- Portfolio Mandatory: Applicants must share links to past video edits or an active Instagram handle/portfolio.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
