This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive & Tele Caller based in Jagadhri, Yamunanagar. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to introduce products, explain features, and follow up with potential and existing customers. The Sales Executive & Tele Caller will maintain customer records, prepare basic sales reports, and support the field sales team with lead generation and appointment scheduling. Daily tasks include achieving call and sales targets, handling customer queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support. The role also requires maintaining a professional communication style and contributing to overall business growth.Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently over the phone and in person.

Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, including lead follow-up, relationship building, and target-oriented selling.





Candidates should possess customer service skills, such as active listening, problem-solving, and maintaining a skilled, empathetic approach.

Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including accurate record-keeping, time management, and attention to detail.

Relevant experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, telesales, or customer support is beneficial.

Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and email communication.

Ability to work on-site in Jagadhri (Yamuna Nagar) and commit to a full-time schedule, with a proactive and goal-focused mindset

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
