Business Development Executive

We are looking for a confident and motivated **Delegate Sales Executive** to join our team. The role involves engaging with professionals in the pharmaceutical industry, promoting business conferences, and driving delegate registrations by highlighting valuable industry insights, learning opportunities, and networking experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through social media platforms and cold calling.

* Connect with potential delegates and promote relevant business conferences.

* Explain conference benefits, industry trends, and learning opportunities to prospective delegates.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships while achieving sales targets.

* Manage sales records, attendee information, and registration-related details.

* Follow up with prospects and assist delegates throughout the registration process. Candidate Requirements

* **Experience:** 1–3 years in sales, telecalling, business development, or a similar role.

* Excellent communication skills in English.

* Confident,



persuasive, and target-oriented approach.

* Punctual, disciplined, and professional.

* Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.

* Candidates based in **Mumbai, preferably from the Western Line**, will be preferred.

Compensation & Growth
