Job Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines such as CNC Lathe, VMC, HMC, etc.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per drawings.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Monitor machining processes and maintain required quality standards.
- Perform tool setting, tool changes, and offset corrections.
- Identify machine/tooling issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain production targets and minimize rejection/rework.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards.
- Maintain production and inspection records
