Plant HR

Experience: 3+ years of relevant Plant HR experience
Location: Korba, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage site attendance, shift, overtime (OT), and leave records.
- Handle KPI tracking, increment-related issues, and employee grievances.
- Manage gatepass processes and site documentation.
- Handle PF, ESIC, HRC, and statutory compliance activities.
- Manage employee conflict resolution and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate with employees, site teams, and management for smooth HR operations.
- Independently handle day-to-day HR activities at the plant/site.
- Maintain HR records and ensure timely completion of documentation and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Plant/Site HR.
- Experience in attendance, OT, KPI, gatepass, PF, ESIC, HRC, and statutory compliances.
- Strong employee handling and conflict-resolution skills.
- Should be capable of independently managing HR activities at the site.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
