Senior Architect
About the Role
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Architect at OWM Architecture. The successful candidate will lead architectural design, project planning, and execution across multiple projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations and design standards. You will also mentor junior team members and oversee project coordination from concept through completion.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).6–8 years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, and execution.
- Proven experience leading residential, commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design/visualization tools.
- Expertise in design development, construction documentation, detailing, and project coordination.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.




- Excellent leadership, client management, and project management skills.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants and contractors.Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.
- Robust communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and project execution activities.
- Prepare and review concept designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations, and project requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct design reviews and quality checks Mentor junior architects and support team development.

Pay: ₹40,935.72 - ₹60,931.31 per month
