About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Spare Parts In charge to manage our dealership’s spare parts department. The role involves ensuring timely availability of parts, accurate inventory control, and smooth coordination with workshop and retail customers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, vendor management expertise, and knowledge of commercial vehicle parts.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain optimum stock levels of spare parts for HCV, ICV, and LCV vehicles.
- Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Place orders with SML Mahindra and approved vendors; track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support workshop operations by ensuring parts availability to minimize downtime.
- Handle retail counter sales and provide accurate parts information to customers.
- Maintain records of parts movement,



warranty replacements, and returns.
- Prepare monthly reports on stock turnover, aging inventory, and profitability.
- Supervise and train storekeepers and counter staff for efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Graduate in Mechanical, Automobile, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in spare parts management (preferably commercial vehicles).
- Robust knowledge of SML Mahindra parts catalog and ERP/inventory systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
