- Mechanical: Focuses on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, exhaust, and cooling/heating loads.
- Electrical: Designs power distribution, lighting layouts, backup generators, and safety panels.
- Plumbing: Plans water supply, waste disposal, drainage layouts, and gas or firefighting pipe networks. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Key Responsibilities
- System Design: Creates 2D and 3D models using CAD and BIM software to map out internal infrastructure.
- Code Compliance: Ensures all layouts adhere to local building codes, safety standards, and fire regulations.
- Energy Efficiency: Optimizes utility usage and integrates sustainable or green building practices.
- Site Coordination: Collaborates with architects, contractors, and other specialists during construction and system commissioning. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
