BricksToHome is looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to join our growing team and drive exceptional sales performance while leading a high-performing team.

Experience Required

· Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Real Estate Sales

· At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Real Estate

· Experience working in scattered market / individual property sales

Key Requirements

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Good understanding of the Bangalore real estate market

· Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively

· Experience in client handling and deal closures

· Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and market trends
