About the Role

ADA Tech Solution is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer who can train, coach, and develop sales teams to improve their product knowledge, selling skills, customer handling, and overall performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, practical sales knowledge, and experience in conducting training programs for new and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct process and product training for sales employees.
- Deliver sales training focused on communication, pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Conduct new-hire training and induction programs.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to sales team members.
- Identify individual and team training requirements.
- Develop training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct refresher training based on performance gaps.
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to understand business requirements.
- Track training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Help employees improve productivity, customer interaction, and sales performance.




- Continuously update training content based on process and product changes.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Coaching, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer handling.

- Ability to train both new and experienced employees.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
