Rathi Associates is looking for a highly dynamic Associate Director for its Architecture vertical

Rathi Associates is a well-known firm in the field of Architecture and Interior design. Started in 1976, it has to its credit successful execution of several major projects across many important cities in India including Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Noida etc. It is supported by a strong experienced team and undertakes projects both in the field of Architecture as well as Interior design in various segments including Residential, Commercial, and Corporate & Real Estate development.

We are looking for a highly dynamic and experienced Associate Director – Architecture who will lead the architectural vertical independently and play a pivotal role in driving architectural team towards excellence in project execution and innovation

This leadership role demands a proven ability to drive teams, manage projects from start to completion, and maintain the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key responsibility included:

Leadership & Vision:

Take full ownership and leadership of the architectural vertical. Lead the architectural team with a clear vision and strategy, ensuring successful project execution and fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Inspire and empower the team to perform at their best while driving organizational growth.

Strategic Direction & Decision-Making:

Be a key decision-maker in both technical and managerial aspects of architectural projects. Define strategic objectives and ensure the team has the necessary resources, guidance,



and motivation to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Project Oversight:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of architectural projects, ensuring seamless transition from post-design to completion. Oversee every phase of project execution, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, cost controls, quality standards, and client specifications.

Technical Expertise & Quality Assurance:

Leverage strong technical knowledge to review and approve architectural drawings, construction methodologies, and compliance with building codes. Lead the team in addressing complex technical challenges and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety across all projects.

Client Relationship Management:

Lead client-facing engagements with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Establish trust with clients by delivering high-quality results and managing client expectations. Play a key role in identifying opportunities for future business development and securing new projects.

Profile:

Team Leadership & Development:

Experience in managing and developing architectural talent,



identifying growth opportunities for team members, and creating an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Visionary Thinking & Problem-Solving:

Strong strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture and adapt to changing circumstances.

Ability to problem-solve effectively, making critical decisions under pressure to ensure the success of projects and the development of the team

Project Execution & Management

Proven ability to lead and oversee medium to large-scale architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Technical Expertise & Drawing Review

Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, construction methods, and building codes, with the ability to review and approve drawings for accuracy and compliance.

Site Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and agencies, ensuring seamless execution and problem resolution on-site.

Communication & Reporting

Strong ability to review, interpret, and present technical documents, reports, and design strategies to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Time Management & Attention to Detail

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in documentation and execution.

Experience:

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience of 15+ years of which minimum 8 years needs to be in a Leadership/Managerial role.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
