About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Lightroom Editor who has a strong eye for colour, consistency, and detail. The editor will be responsible for editing wedding photographs and ensuring that the final images match the required style and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and process wedding photographs using Adobe Lightroom.
- Perform colour correction, exposure adjustment, white balance, cropping, and basic retouching.
- Maintain consistent colours and tones across an entire wedding.
- Understand and follow different photographer/client editing styles.
- Apply presets and make manual adjustments where required.
- Select and edit images according to project requirements.
- Ensure consistency across different lighting conditions and locations.
- Handle large volumes of photographs while maintaining quality.
- Organise and manage photo files properly.
- Review edited images before final submission.
- Make revisions based on feedback and project requirements.
- Complete assigned projects within the given deadlines.
- Coordinate with Project Coordinators and the Quality Team when required.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Lightroom Classic.
- Good understanding of:
- Colour correction
- Exposure and white balance
- Skin tones




- Highlights and shadows
- HSL adjustments
- Masking
- Presets
- Cropping and composition
- Strong eye for colour and consistency.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a consistent editing style across hundreds or thousands of images.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

- 1–2+ years of professional photo editing experience.
- Previous experience in wedding photography editing is preferred.
- Experience working with international photographers/clients is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and advanced retouching is an added advantage.
- A portfolio or sample wedding edits may be required.
