Job Opening: Front Desk & Billing Executive

Kabul Flames Restaurant is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly person to manage the restaurant reception and billing desk.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the restaurant reception and welcome customers
- Prepare customer bills and handle billing at the counter
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to basic queries
- Take takeaway and delivery orders over the phone
- Enter orders correctly into the billing/POS system
- Handle basic cash/card/UPI payment transactions
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team regarding orders
- Maintain a clean and organised reception/billing area

Requirements:

- Basic computer knowledge
- Comfortable using a billing/POS system — training will be provided
- Positive communication skills and polite phone etiquette
- Able to take customer orders accurately over calls
- Basic understanding of English/Hindi
- Previous restaurant, cashier, receptionist or billing experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Responsible, punctual and comfortable interacting with customers

Location: Kabul Flames, Koparkhairane

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
