We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow paid search advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and understands how to build campaigns that generate qualified traffic, leads, and conversions while maintaining efficient advertising spend.

The successful candidate will be responsible for campaign planning, keyword research, ad creation, bid and budget management, conversion tracking, performance analysis, testing, and continuous campaign optimization.

This is a full-time remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns based on business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and manage targeting, bids, budgets, ad copy, and negative keywords.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score.
- Manage conversion tracking and analyze performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce wasted spend.
- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends,



and Google Ads updates while ensuring compliance with Google Ads policies.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience managing Google Ads/PPC campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of keyword research, campaign structure, bidding, targeting, ad copy, and optimization.
- Experience with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and campaign performance analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage campaigns independently.
