Job Description

- Hunt: Research people on LinkedIn and identify who’s genuinely worth having a conversation with. Not necessarily the biggest names — the right ones.
- Write: Craft short, thoughtful messages that sound like a human wrote them, not a CRM. Every message should have a specific reason for reaching out — a post they wrote, a company they joined, an idea they shared, or an opinion they stood behind.
- Track: Maintain a live tracker of who we contacted, when, what was said, and what came back.



Nothing falls through the cracks.
- Read the room: Understand responses, summarise key conversations, flag messages that need attention, and identify which approaches are working (and which aren't).

Someone who is:

- Curious about people, businesses, and industries
- A strong written communicator
- Good at research and finding relevant information
- Creative with ideas and messaging
- Comfortable with LinkedIn and digital outreach
- Detail-oriented and consistent with follow-ups
- Willing to experiment, learn, and improve

Pay: Up to ₹4,500.00 per month
