Mentoria helps Indian students study abroad in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Italy and the USA. We're growing fast and looking for a driven, consultative closer to own the student journey from first counselling session to enrolment.

About the Role

As an Enrollment Advisor, you'll be the named person a student and their family trust with one of the biggest decisions of their life — where to study, what it will cost, and whether they can get in. You'll counsel students and parents, build university shortlists they can actually get into and afford, close enrolments, and hand off a clean, complete file to our Operations team. You'll carry a monthly revenue target and earn an uncapped, formula-based incentive on top of your fixed salary.

What You'll Do

- Counsel allocated students and parents on country, course, cost and eligibility across five countries
- Assess academic and financial eligibility and build differentiated, honest university shortlists
- Guide students on total cost of study and education loan pathways
- Close enrolments and secure fees through approved payment channels
- Maintain CRM records as a same-day, accurate log of every student interaction
- Hand over each enrolled student to Operations as a complete, application-ready file
- Escalate refund requests, compliance concerns, and student issues immediately





What You'll Be Measured On

- Monthly collected revenue against target (with an incentive gate)
- Conversion of allocated qualified leads to paid enrolments
- CRM accuracy and same-day documentation discipline
- Quality and completeness of files handed to Operations
- Compliance with payment, data-protection and representation rules

What You Need

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2-3 years in consultative or high-consideration B2C sales (exceptional freshers welcome to apply)
- Professional fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi is a strong plus
- Comfort with CRM systems and disciplined follow-up
- Study-abroad or EdTech experience is a bonus, not a requirement

How We Work

Every rupee of incentive is calculated by formula and verified by Finance — nothing depends on opinion. We don't guarantee admissions or visas to students, and we don't hire people who will.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
