Job Description – Quality Engineer

Position: Quality Engineer

Industry: Automotive / Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain quality standards across manufacturing processes.

Monitor Sheet Metal Fabrication, Stamping, Bending, Forming & Welding processes.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions.

Prepare and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs and process documentation.

Perform process audits and quality inspections.

Identify process-related quality issues and drive continuous improvement.

Implement 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Work on OEE and productivity improvement.

Support Recent Product & Process Development activities.

Coordinate with Production, PPC, Engineering and other cross-functional teams.

Support Jig & Fixture Development and process improvement.

Handle rejection, rework and quality-related issues.





Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3–8 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Location: Faridabad / Ballabgarh, Haryana

Industry: Automotive / Sheet Metal Manufacturing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
