OutMazed Tourism is looking for an Operations Executive to join our B2B travel operations team in Mumbai, India.

Experience: 1–3 years in a B2B travel company

Key Responsibilities

- Process hotel and other travel bookings, confirmations, amendments, cancellations and special requests.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs and suppliers, following up on pending bookings and urgent cases.
- Check rates, cancellation conditions and supplier confirmations for accuracy.
- Resolve booking discrepancies and support B2B travel agents with operational queries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Contracting, Finance and other internal teams.
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational documentation.
- Work with B2B booking platforms, supplier extranets and API-connected systems.

Candidate Requirements





- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a B2B travel company.
- Hands-on experience with online travel systems and API operations is mandatory.
- Familiarity with supplier platforms, reservations management and travel technology solutions.
- Knowledge of hotel bookings, amendments, cancellations and supplier coordination.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
