Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Principal – Pharmacy College to provide academic and administrative leadership to the institution. The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in pharmacy education, academic administration, and institutional management.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall academic and administrative leadership to the Pharmacy College.
- Develop and monitor academic plans, teaching standards, examinations, and student development activities.
- Lead and manage faculty members and administrative staff.
- Ensure compliance with PCI, UGC, University, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and manage PCI/University inspections, audits, accreditation, and statutory documentation.
- Promote research, publications, innovation, consultancy, and industry collaboration.
- Monitor faculty performance, workload, attendance, and professional development.
- Oversee student discipline, academic performance, attendance, internships, and placements.
- Develop collaborations with pharmaceutical industries and qualified organizations.
- Ensure proper functioning of laboratories, library, classrooms, and other academic facilities.
- Prepare academic reports, institutional plans, and documentation as required.




- Coordinate with University authorities, regulatory bodies, Management, and other stakeholders.
- Organize seminars, conferences, workshops, guest lectures, and other academic activities.
- Contribute to the overall growth, development, and reputation of the institution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Ph.D. in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences – Mandatory.
- Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Pharmacy education and/or academic administration.
- Candidates with experience as Principal, Dean, HOD, or senior academic administrator will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PCI norms, University regulations, UGC guidelines, and accreditation processes.
- Proven experience in faculty management and institutional administration.
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- A strong record of research, publications, and academic contributions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹115,000.00 per month
