- Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
- Collect, preprocess, clean, and analyze datasets to prepare them for model training.
- Implement computer vision and AI algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.
- Perform model optimization, hyperparameter tuning, and performance evaluation using metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, MAE, and RMSE.
- Work with CNNs, regression models, object detection, image classification, and density estimation techniques.
- Develop and test AI models for deployment on embedded systems, edge devices, and hardware accelerators.
- Analyze model performance and troubleshoot issues related to training, inference, memory, and computational efficiency.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate ML models into practical systems.
- Document experiments, results, methodologies, and technical findings.
