Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with fire safety and industrial safety regulations as per the Factories Act and local laws.

- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and fire drills across the plant.

- Monitor and maintain fire prevention systems, firefighting equipment, alarms, and emergency exits.

- Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions.

- Train employees and contract workers on fire safety, evacuation plans, and emergency response procedures.

- Coordinate with local fire departments and regulatory authorities during inspections and audits.

- Maintain documentation of safety protocols, mock drills, incident reports, and safety committee meetings.

- Assist in implementing ISO 45001, OHSAS, or other safety standards, where applicable.
