Important: We are specifically looking for candidates from Dehradun / Uttarakhand who are willing to relocate to Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare Chinese & Indo-Chinese dishes with consistent taste and quality
- Handle kitchen operations and mise-en-place
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness
- Control portioning and food wastage
- Coordinate with kitchen helpers
- Maintain preparation and stock requirements

Requirements:

- Previous Chinese / Indo-Chinese kitchen experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Noodles, Fried Rice, Manchurian, Chilli Paneer, Schezwan and related dishes
- Reliable and willing to work long-term
- Willing to relocate from Uttarakhand to Mumbai

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
