### About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented *Digital Marketing Specialist / Executive* who has strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, social media management, CRM/WhatsApp marketing, content creation, and graphic/video designing.

The ideal candidate should be creative, digitally savvy, and capable of managing social media campaigns while creating engaging visual and written content.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

* Manage social media platforms including *LinkedIn and Facebook*.

* Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content.

* Manage *WhatsApp marketing campaigns* using platforms such as *Interakt and AiSensy*.

* Handle CRM tools and customer communication campaigns.

* Create engaging *photos, graphics, reels, videos, and other digital content*.

* Edit photos and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and corporate communication.

* Develop creative content aligned with the company's brand identity.

* Prepare social media calendars and ensure timely posting.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports/insights.

* Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and develop marketing content.

* Stay updated with the latest *digital marketing, social media, content, and online marketing trends*.





* Support other digital marketing and branding activities as required.

### Required Skills

* Strong understanding of *digital marketing concepts and practices*.

* Hands-on experience with *Interakt and AiSensy* or similar CRM/WhatsApp marketing platforms.

* Good knowledge of *LinkedIn and Facebook management*.

* Excellent *graphic designing and content creation* skills.

* Strong *photo and video editing* skills.

* Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual presentation.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to create engaging and professional social media content.

* Knowledge of social media analytics and campaign performance is an added advantage.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in *Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field*.

* Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or branding.

* A portfolio showcasing *designs, videos, social media posts, reels, or other creative work* will be an advantage.
