​We are looking for a clear, confident communicator to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will be the face—and voice—of our company for international clients.

​Unlike typical call center roles, this is not a target-driven or task-heavy sales job. Your focus will be entirely on quality communication, handling incoming international calls, and providing exceptional support to our global partners.

​Key Responsibilities

​Handle Inbound International Calls: Assist international clients with their queries professionally and efficiently.

​Relationship Management: Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

​Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions on our system.

​Who We Are Looking For





​Education: Must have completed graduation (Any stream).

​Language Skills: Excellent, fluent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

​Work Style: A polite, customer-first attitude with robust active listening skills.

​Experience: Both fresh graduates with exceptional English fluency and experienced customer service professionals are welcome to apply.
