Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Salary Range: ₹9,000 to ₹12,000 per month + Fuel Expenses (commensurate with performance and experience)

Mandatory Requirement: Personal Two-Wheeler (Bike) with a valid driving license

Position Overview

We are looking for a firm, persuasive, and reliable Field Collection Executive to manage debt recovery and field collections across Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting overdue accounts, negotiating payment resolutions, collecting dues on time, and maintaining accurate daily collection records while representing the company with high integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Field Visits & Follow-ups: Travel across assigned areas in Bhubaneswar to meet overdue clients or debtors at their residential or business addresses.
- Payment Recovery: Negotiate payment settlements, collect dues (cash/digital), and ensure monthly collection targets are consistently met.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain meticulous daily logs of field visits, collection amounts, payment promises, and reasons for default, reporting directly to management.
- Verification & Documentation: Verify customer billing/residential details during visits and ensure all collection receipts and documentation are handled securely.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a firm, polite,



and professional demeanor while handling difficult situations or customer objections in the field.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Mandatory Asset: Must own a personal two-wheeler (bike) in working condition with a valid driving license for daily local field travel.
- Experience: Prior experience in field collection, debt recovery, field sales, or debt servicing is preferred (freshers with strong negotiation skills may be considered).
- Core Attributes: High resilience, robust negotiation and communication skills, and absolute loyalty, honesty, and integrity in handling financial transactions.
- Local Knowledge: Sound geographical knowledge of Bhubaneswar and surrounding routes.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
