Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Collects and reviews patient outcomes, readmission rates, and clinical metrics.
- Compliance: Ensures the facility follows state, federal, and accreditation rules like HIPAA and HHS standards.
- Auditing: Reviews patient medical records, internal workflows, and safety procedures to find errors or gaps.
- Process Improvement: Partners with doctors, nurses, and administrators to design solutions that lower risks and boost patient satisfaction.
- Reporting: Builds explicit data reports and dashboards for hospital leadership to track performance goals. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Pay: ₹10,557.55 - ₹39,598.14 per month
