Job Summary (Real Estate)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Sales Executive to manage leads, drive conversions, and deliver an excellent customer experience in the Kolhapur market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales activities—from lead management to site visits, follow-ups, and successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & CRM

- Track and manage leads from digital, offline, and channel partner sources
- Maintain accurate data in CRM with proper follow-ups and status updates
- Ensure timely allocation and response to all enquiries

Sales & Conversion

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Conduct project presentations, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Convert leads into bookings through consistent follow-ups

Site Visit & Customer Handling

- Coordinate and accompany customers for site visits
- Ensure proper presentation of project features and amenities




- Provide a seamless and skilled customer experience

Communication & Follow-up

- Engage leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Share project details, brochures, and offers
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates

Documentation & Coordination

- Handle KYC documentation and coordinate with legal/accounts teams
- Explain payment plans, GST, and registration process
- Ensure smooth booking and post-booking coordination

Market Outreach

- Conduct local field activities and society activations
- Build relationships with channel partners and agents
- Support marketing campaigns and events

Reporting & Analysis

- Track lead performance and conversion ratios
- Share insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Maintain daily and weekly sales reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
