We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to support patient communication and appointment scheduling. This role is ideal for candidates with valuable communication skills who enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer support.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Handle incoming patient calls professionally.

* Provide information about the clinic's services.

* Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.

* Respond to patient enquiries and assist with basic information.

* Maintain accurate call and appointment records.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient support.

*Eligibility*

* Any Degree or Diploma.

* Freshers and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

*Required Skills*

* Good communication skills in Tamil.

* Basic English communication.

* Basic computer knowledge.

* Customer service and interpersonal skills.
