We are seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator (Manager) to lead architectural BIM development, multidisciplinary coordination, documentation, and BIM project delivery. The role will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and BIM teams to ensure high-quality models and coordinated project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural BIM Development & Coordination

- Lead architectural BIM development using Autodesk Revit across various project stages and defined Levels of Development (LOD).
- Review BIM models for design intent, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate architectural models with Structural, MEPF, Interior Design, and other disciplines.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve design and coordination issues.

2. Architectural Documentation & Deliverables

- Oversee the preparation of plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and construction documentation.
- Review drawings and BIM deliverables for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
- Manage drawing revisions, annotations, sheet organization, and documentation workflows.
- Support project delivery through design development, tender, and construction stages.

3. BIM Content & Revit Families

- Develop and manage custom Revit families, including doors, windows, furniture, façade components, and other architectural elements.




- Maintain Revit templates, family libraries, view templates, schedules, and annotation standards.
- Provide technical guidance on complex architectural geometry and efficient BIM modelling practices.

4. Model & Design Collaboration

- Manage BIM workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Docs and Design Collaboration.
- Coordinate model sharing, publishing, version control, and consultant inputs.
- Ensure model integrity, data consistency, and effective collaboration between design and BIM production teams.

5. Multidisciplinary Coordination & Clash Detection

- Conduct model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
- Coordinate architectural elements with Structural and MEPF systems.
- Prepare coordination issues and reports and monitor their resolution.
- Participate in coordination meetings with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.

6. Team Management & Project Delivery

- Supervise and guide Architectural BIM Engineers and Modelers.
- Allocate tasks based on project priorities, deadlines, and team capacity.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Identify technical challenges and workflow bottlenecks and provide appropriate solutions.
- Report project status, pending inputs, coordination issues, and upcoming deliverables to management.
- Support continuous improvement and standardization of BIM processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Arch.



or equivalent architectural qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Architectural BIM development and coordination.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture, including modelling, documentation, work sharing, and family creation.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Robust understanding of architectural design development and construction documentation.
- Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, consultant inputs, and project requirements.
- Experience in leading or mentoring BIM teams.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:

- BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
- ISO 19650 standards and BIM workflows
- Dynamo and Revit automation
- Autodesk Forma
- Rhino or similar design/BIM software
- Large-scale residential, commercial, high-rise, institutional, or mixed-use projects
- BIM standards, templates, libraries, and process development

We are looking for a technically strong BIM professional who can take ownership of architectural BIM coordination, lead teams, maintain project quality, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of Revit-based architectural BIM, multidisciplinary coordination, construction documentation, and BIM project delivery.
