Job Role

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle customer enquiries and leads generated through Meta Ads and other channels.

Responsibilities

- Call new leads and understand their requirements.
- Explain MYKL products and share product details/catalogues.
- Identify genuine and interested customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Share enquiries with the sales team when required.
- Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM/lead sheet.
- Update the status of every lead.
- Handle basic customer questions professionally.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
- Submit daily call and follow-up reports.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good telephone conversation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work with sales targets.
- Previous telecalling/sales experience is preferred.

Employment: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
