GM – Quality | Automotive Industry Location: Doraha, Ludhiana, Punjab Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical/Production/Automobile Key Responsibilities: - Lead the complete Quality function across forging, machining, heat treatment and assembly. - Develop and implement Quality Management Systems and customer-specific requirements. - Handle OEM/Tier-1 customer quality, complaints, audits, and corrective actions. - Monitor PPM, rejection, rework, customer complaints and process quality. - Lead APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC activities. - Drive RCA, CAPA, 8D, Kaizen and continuous quality improvement. - Manage and develop the Quality team, inspectors and engineers. - Coordinate with Production, Engineering, NPD and Tool Room to prevent quality issues. - Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer requirements. - Drive quality improvement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction. Preferred: Strong experience in automotive/auto-component manufacturing, forging and machining, with OEM/Tier-1 customer exposure.

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
