Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare products/services.

Explain service features, advantages, pricing, and applicable terms clearly.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely conversion.

Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Build positive customer relationships and provide a good customer experience. Coordinate with internal teams for appointment booking, service activation, or order fulfilment.

Follow the defined sales process, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
