As our Performance Marketing & Growth Expert, you will own the complete growth engine.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

Paid Marketing: End-to-end ownership of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) & Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display & PMax)

Strategy & Scale: Complete campaign strategy, targeting, budget allocation & scaling

Lead Gen Machine: High-quality lead generation campaigns - We care about LEAD QUALITY, not just quantity

The Growth Mindset: Retargeting, Lookalike Audiences, Funnel Optimization & Landing Page Improvement Suggestions

Creative & Copy: Ad copy, hooks, creative testing - You tell the designer what will CONVERT

Tech & Tracking: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel & Conversion Tracking - No data loss

Reporting & Research: Weekly performance reports, Competitor & Market Research, Lead Quality Analysis

Sales Alignment: Work closely with the sales team to improve Lead -> Demo -> Enrolment ratio

Growth Hacker: Identify recent marketing channels and growth opportunities to scale faster

You have handled good budgets and delivered ROI, not just leads

You know your way around GA4, GTM, Pixels, Funnels & Retargeting

You can work with sales, content, and design teams to drive one goal - GROWTH

WORK DETAILS:

Location: Work From Home (Permanent)

Working Hours: 8 Hours Shift (10 AM-7 PM)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
