Role Overview

We are looking for a CNC Gasket Cutting & AutoCAD Person to handle CNC-based gasket cutting, AutoCAD drawing preparation/modification, and dimensional inspection on the Shop Floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines for gasket cutting as per approved drawings.
- Read and interpret engineering and dimensional drawings.
- Create and modify gasket drawings in AutoCAD as per requirements.
- Take basic dimensional measurements using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Steel Scale, etc.
- Verify cut gasket dimensions and visual quality against drawings.
- Maintain records of drawings, cutting details, and inspection results.
- Perform basic CNC machine cleaning and routine maintenance and report abnormalities.
- Follow quality,



safety, and housekeeping requirements on the Shop Floor.

Required Profile

- Practical working knowledge of AutoCAD, including creating and modifying drawings independently.
- Experience in CNC machine operation, preferably gasket/rubber sheet cutting.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of measurement, mensuration, and dimensional inspection.
- Good understanding of dimensions and tolerances.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to identify cutting/dimensional errors.
- Basic knowledge of CNC maintenance and troubleshooting will be an advantage.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Polytechnic in relevant technical field preferred.
Experience: Relevant CNC/AutoCAD experience preferred; suitable practical candidates may also be considered.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
