To deliver practical and theoretical training to candidates on electronics hardware assembly, soldering, component identification, PCB assembly, testing, troubleshooting, workplace safety, and quality standards as per the relevant qualification pack and training curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct theory and practical training sessions for Electronics Hardware Assembly Operator (ELE/Q5315).
- Explain electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, connectors, switches, etc.
- Provide hands-on training on PCB assembly, component mounting, soldering, desoldering, wiring, and rework.
- Train candidates in using tools and equipment such as soldering stations, multimeters, power supplies, and other electronic testing instruments.
- Demonstrate proper assembly techniques and ensure adherence to prescribed quality standards.
- Train students on electronic circuit reading, component identification, polarity, and basic circuit testing.
- Develop practical exercises, demonstrations, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct regular assessments and maintain trainee performance records.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and protected handling of training equipment and tools.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions and workplace safety practices.
- Identify common assembly defects and train candidates in inspection and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain attendance, assessment, practical-training, and other required training documentation.
- Support placement activities by preparing candidates according to industry requirements.




- Coordinate with the Center Head/Project Team for batch planning, assessments, and other training-related activities.

Educational Qualification & Experience

- Diploma/ITI in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Electronic Hardware Assembly Operator. Candidates with an ITI certification must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in EV Electronic Hardware Assembly Operator Required 2 years of training experience as a Hardware Assembly Operator.
