We are looking for an experienced Induction Furnace Melter to operate and manage our 150 kg capacity induction furnace.

The candidate should have robust hands-on experience in metal melting, furnace operation, temperature control, slag removal, sampling and safe handling of molten metal.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor a 150 kg induction furnace.
- Charge raw materials into the furnace as per the required specifications.
- Monitor and control temperature, power and melting time.
- Perform temperature checks and metal sampling.
- Carry out slag removal and maintain proper melt quality.
- Safely handle and pour molten metal.
- Maintain furnace and production records.
- Monitor furnace condition and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
- Coordinate with the production team to maintain consistent production.
- Follow all safety procedures for molten metal and furnace operations.
- Maintain proper housekeeping around the furnace area.
- Minimize metal loss,



wastage and unnecessary energy consumption.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5+ years of relevant experience as an induction furnace melter/operator.
- Hands-on experience with 100–250 kg capacity induction furnaces preferred.
- Experience with stainless steel / alloy steel melting preferred.
- Good knowledge of temperature control, charging, melting and pouring.
- Experience with metal sampling and slag removal.
- Strong understanding of industrial safety procedures.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a high-temperature manufacturing environment.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

- Stainless steel melting
- Alloy steel melting
- Foundry operations
- Induction furnace operations
- Molten metal handling

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
